Brad has been involved in the real estate industry for over 30 years as a lawyer, tax accountant and financial analyst. His extensive real estate and business background in both consulting and private industry enables him to bring not only technical expertise, but also practical experience to his clients.

For the past 20 years, Brad has provided legal advice to his clients, i.e., for-profit, nonprofit and public entities, on all aspects related to low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, new market tax credits, HOPE VI mixed-financing and other affordable housing programs including negotiating debt and equity financing, all transactional document preparation and review of title, survey and financial analysis.

  • Representative Experience

    • Represented for-profit and nonprofit developers in Idaho, Utah, Washington, Oregon, Montana and Nevada for low-income housing tax credits projects ranging from 24-unit RD project to $21MM scattered site project.
    • Represented for-profit developer in St. Louis for $220MM mixed-use project with state and federal Historic Tax Credits and NMTCs.
    • Represented national developer based out of St. Louis for multiple-phased HOPE VI project in Memphis, TN with low-income housing tax credits, TCAP funds and PILOT payments.
