There is no question that these are difficult and unprecedented times for our world and for all of us.
While things seem to be changing from moment to moment in our everyday lives, rest assured that our commitment to our clients and community has not changed. We are here for you. Although daily activities are slowing to a halt, Rosenblum Goldenhersh remains open for business, ready and available to help you through these turbulent times, and after.
In an effort to ensure that our employees and the people with whom we have contact remain as safe as possible, we have put into place plans and processes so that our Firm can continue to operate during this health crisis. We know that it is times like these when our clients need us most.
Beginning today (March 18) and continuing for the near term, our Firm will be minimizing the number of employees who are physically working inside the office, with the vast majority of our employees working remotely. Our employees still have access to all of our systems, programs, and files such that business will continue as usual, albeit via remote means.
What does this mean for you? Nothing changes. You can still call us as you normally do on our office phone lines, and you will be connected with whomever you are trying to reach. We will promptly respond to your emails. Our attorneys and staff are still working and remain available to help with any needs you may have. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you need something.
During these times, we are also taking some additional safety precautions. We’ve asked all of our attorneys to limit in office and face-to-face meetings to the extent possible. If you need to meet with us, we would prefer the meeting be held by telephone or video conference. However, if you believe an in-person meeting is necessary, we will accommodate your request to the extent that we can do so. Like most businesses, we are also advising our employees to use good judgment and follow CDC recommendations, like social distancing and use of protective hygiene measures, in order to remain vigilant in the fight against COVID-19.
We are hopeful and optimistic that these difficult times will soon pass and that life will return to normal in short order. We are all in this together, and we will get through this together. In the meantime, should you have any questions, or if there is anything that we can do to help you, let us know. Above all else, be safe and be well.
