Starting salaries for attorneys at our firm are market competitive with other mid-to-large sized firms in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Raises, bonuses and partnership consideration are strictly merit based. We do not have a defined salary progression or a set number of years for partnership track. Rather, each individual attorney is reviewed on his or her own performance, taking into consideration his or her own special circumstances.

All attorneys are provided with medical, dental, disability and group life insurance, and are eligible for participation in 401(k) employer contributions after one year of service. Additionally, the firm pays tuition for associates that are interested in obtaining their Masters in Taxation through the LLM program at Washington University, subject to certain terms and conditions.
