One key to the success of our firm has been our ability to develop and retain excellent attorneys. We believe that the best way to learn is through experience. By allowing our attorneys to be involved in all facets of client representation, we have a history of developing well-rounded, talented attorneys. Associates at our firm do more than conduct research and draft legal memoranda. Rather, they work directly with partners and clients in handling significant transactions and litigation matters. It is common for our young associates to be primarily responsible for handling multi-million dollar real estate closings and jury trials.

While the quality of our attorneys allows us to handle sophisticated matters, our size allows us to promote a family atmosphere among all employees. We strive to maintain an informal, relaxed office environment that promotes collegiality. Many of our partners, associates and staff are social friends outside of the office. We are particularly proud of the fact that a large majority of our attorneys began their careers with the firm, which we believe speaks volumes about both the quality of life and the quality of the people at the firm.
