Sarah E. (Shay) Tomlinson joined the firm in 2026, and she works in the firm’s bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, creditor’s rights, and litigation practice groups. Shay’s work touches numerous industries, including farming and agriculture, construction, and restaurant services. Shay strives for solutions for creditors and debtors, and she has experience representing different interest holders in bankruptcy and state court actions.
Prior to her time at Rosenblum Goldenhersh, Shay worked in private practice as a bankruptcy and commercial litigator and in government service. During her time with the government, Shay served as a judicial law clerk in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and served as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice with the Office of the U.S. Trustee.
