This year, the NCBJ will be celebrating 100 years of service to the legal field dedicated towards improving the bankruptcy system and creating a community of scholarship, diversity, and collegiality among members of the bankruptcy bench and bar. The NCBJ created the NextGen program to bring together rising star bankruptcy practitioners with a proven commitment to the most rigorous standards of civility, ethics, and professionalism.
