Alex Kuehling joined the firm in 2016, and is a part of the Firm’s Corporate, HUD/FHA Financing, and Real Estate Practices Groups.
Alex spends the majority of his practice representing for-profit and non-profit real estate owners, developers, investors, and lenders in a wide range of transactions utilizing low income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, special taxing districts, real estate tax abatements, construction sales tax exemptions, opportunity zone equity, HUD/FHA insured loans, and other forms of development finance incentives.
In addition to development finance, Alex’s practice involves assisting clients in all forms of commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, lending and borrowing, leasing, section 1031 tax free exchanges, opportunity zone investments, foreclosures, workouts, strategic assemblages, and subdivision and condominium creation.
Prior to joining Rosenblum Goldenhersh, Alex was the Associate General Counsel with a title insurance agent in St. Louis and an associate with a private law firm in Brooklyn, New York.
