Rosenblum Goldenhersh, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of Diane Mispagel to the Firm’s legal team. Diane joins the Firm as a partner, focusing her practice on all areas of commercial real estate, including real estate development, sales, acquisitions, leasing, operations, financing and management. Diane brings with her to the Firm extensive and comprehensive experience working from landlord, tenant, owner, and purchaser perspectives in structuring, negotiating, drafting, and closing commercial real estate deals and in advising clients with respect to loan documents on behalf of borrowers. In connection with her clients’ properties, Diane also assists in the formation of corporate entities and in drafting entity agreements, including those containing complicated waterfall provisions and multiple classes of ownership.
Diane started her legal career with The May Department Store Company, where she obtained a broad range of experience as corporate real estate counsel, before joining Realty Law Partners, PC, a St. Louis law firm specializing in real estate law.
