Rosenblum Goldenhersh welcomes attorneys Matt D. Ahlers and Jessica C. Gittemeier as associates. Matt focuses his practice in commercial real estate, with an emphasis on transactions involving Federal and State historic, low income housing, renewable energy and new markets tax credits. In addition he works with clients and lenders to secure loans insured by HUD/FHA. Jessica practices in all areas of general civil and appellate litigation. Prior to entering private practice, Jessica was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Chief Judge Linda R. Reade in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa.
